reflective ramblings of one little life

I believe I may have discovered a simple truth.  One needs to spend time thinking.  Not watching the tube, playing video games, worrying about appointments, worrying about other less significant needs.  "I" need to stop and reflect, daily.  Oh, I may slow down and catch a fleeting thought or two.  Not enough.  Perhaps a purging of my "plate".  This silly heart of mine could give up at any time.  Some might say I am on borrowed time, as it is.  Better to start making the most of each precious moment  so that when the "time" comes, I know I used my life wisely.
