So my refi on my house sank today. Yep, the ol' falling of home prices and it's effect on my loan ratios. Hey, it was only going to save me $150 a month. Sigh. Actually, the real stinker is that Compass Bank (or whoever freakin' owns it now) won't keep a back seat to a new first mortgage, thusly screwing me out of the refi. Not too happy with them, right now. Nuff' said.
My husband is till employed, I am still employed, my jewelry sales have been picking up on Etsy (http://www.wearwolf.etsy.com), my son is employed.... the glass is half full! Best thing for this silly economy is a positive additude. Yup, learned that in Econ 101.
